-Women who have about 1 hour a day for 10 days to work through the process. Daily is recommended, but certainly not written in stone. I typically run through the process in about 40-45 min, but please plan for extra time in case it’s required. If you feel called to this process, do it in whatever time you carve out—once a week, every other day, weekends only. Make it YOURS and fulfill your nudge.
