We’ve all been there, haven’t we? We have all found ourselves stuck in a moment of total demotivation of the caliber, ‘what-am-I-even-doing?’ I hear you and recognize that these moments happen to me as well, you’re not alone! My first reaction to feeling like this is often to make myself a gorgeous cup of hot tea and sip that up together with my favourite piece of dark-chocolate-covered marzipan while I cuddle up on the sofa behind a tear-jerking romcom or cry on the phone to my mum or best friend.

Once this dark moment passes, I open up to new possibilities and see what type of action would actually serve me. A tool that has really helped me over the past years is called Soul Realignment (check out Andrrea Hess who created this modality). It taps into your Akashic Records. The Akashic Records do two things:

  1. Give you a high definition awareness of who you are at soul-level and

  2. Reveal and clear past and current life blocks and restrictions that are (often subconsciously) impacting and sabotaging your success

Basically, the Akashic Records powerfully resets you and opens up a whole lot of energetic space for you to refocus on your goals and create the kick-ass results you envisioned for this year.

The Akashic Records are the knowledge body or energy vibration all psychics consciously or subconsciously access to tell you anything about your past, present or future. 2020! What a date! Being born in Russia in 1975, year 2000 seemed like something out of the future as well as living in the US. And now we are in 2020. All of us putting our best intentions for the new decade to start. I did mine. Did you do yours?

All of us women set up our goals and wishes for a new year. It gives us so much intention and hope that this is going to be a wonderful year. What happens though when January doesn’t really get that kick start?

Through 50 interviews with women (of all backgrounds from around the globe) to better understand their success stories, I heard story after story that women faced total burn out, divorce, emotional traumas or tough health problems. But that’s just what was needed for them to go through the process of awakening to their own knowledge and power and creation of their businesses. It was through that process the wisdom of the forgotten feminine emerged.

That wisdom that was already there. It didn’t need a college degree. It only needed to be re-discovered.

Personally, I had learned about my own feminine energy and how it affects me when it is not balanced. I use Emotional Freedom and Re-Embodiment technique that I had created. And I use it not only with my clients, but in my own life—it’s how I re-group when my year seems to be running away from me already in February.

Here are some important simple techniques for you to start your day with the new energy flow and to balance your mind and the low energetic influences:

  1. Start your morning by feeling your body. Ask “How do I feel?” Is it light and is your heart in a flow or is it tense? If it is tense and filled with worries of not only the day, but the year to come, have a moment of opening that tension.

  2. Use the power of your breath. When you are breathing don’t just use the capacity of your lungs. Use the ability of your mind’s imagination. Breath in the light of this day into your heart. Open it and relax the tension. With each breath open it more and more and relax it more and more. Smile. With each breath you can say what it is you are releasing. Worries, stress, specific situations. Do you need guidance? Breath in wisdom of how to navigate this day.

  3. Do not rush to the gym just yet. Before you leave the house for the day, feel your curves. Your body holds so much. There are memories of all your years experiencing this life and even more. See how it feels to know this fact? Check with your body. Where is that memory shows up in you? Breath through your entire body. Fold your hands together. Unfold and lightly touch the tips of your fingers of both hands together at your chest level. Release. Set up an intention you wish to accomplish.

  4. Have a great beginning of the day! And a year to come.

The vital life’s force energy is cultivated and put back on track with the flow that creates health and balance in the body and the mind. Through movement that is feminine releasing, we literally are able to shed old energies from the past and move into a new beginning feeling free and untangled.
